Virtual yoga classes run Monday evenings. These 30 minute sessions are the perfect way to end your day. Align & Flow is a blissful combination of breath and movement. This class combines strengthening elements such as sun salutations, ab work and flexibility. Connect & Calm is a slower paced session. We will hold poses a little longer to increase flexibility and maintain a steady awareness of breath to calm the mind. All virtual yoga classes are offered via zoom and are donation based.
